Welcome to
My Personal Portfolio

Software Engineer (Backend / Cloud Ops) with over 2 years at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. I build secure, reliable services on Kubernetes and improve release quality with staged rollouts, post-deploy checks, and clear RCAs. Security-first—resolved 200+ CVEs (≈70 critical)—and fluent in Python/Java (FastAPI/Flask), Docker/Kubernetes, Helm/Terraform, and GitHub Actions. Passionate about DevOps and applied ML (RAG over runbooks, alert/log summarization, Safe-Med CV). Recognized for impact (exceeded expectations; promotion nomination). DoD IL6 security clearance.

Projects

ADIP Contact Manager

Me and a team of 4 classmates developed a full stack application that provides contact management for registered users. For this particular project I was solely responsible for the database, and partially responsible for the front-end.

AR Asteroids

Me and my team of 5 CS majors created an asteroid shooting game based in Augmented reality. I was responsible for the backend development of our project. I created APIs for login, registration, edit account, delete account, email verification, and password reset via email. We implemented JWT's and password hashing so that our application was up to industry standards.

COMING SOON

I am currently working on an application that will aggregate workouts for specific muscle groups, by scraping the web.

Safe-Med

Our objective for Safe-Med is to demonstrate the effectiveness of an AI-enhanced medication administration software for AR devices, such as AR glasses and mobile devices. Our goal is to provide accurate, automatic, and real-time verification of medication administration. This application is intended to provide a secondary verification of dosage, after the nurse’s initial confirmation. Selected as semi-finalist for UCF SD showcase.

Technologies

I have worked with a range of languages: Python, Java, Go, C, JavaScript, and SQL. On the back end I’ve built REST APIs with FastAPI, Flask, and Node/Express. I’ve used React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap on the front end. In infrastructure I’ve operated Kubernetes and Docker on Linux (RPM/yum/dnf) and used Helm and Terraform. I’m experienced with testing (unit/integration), CI/CD with GitHub Actions, and databases including MySQL and MongoDB.

I focused on AI/ML courses and projects in my final year at UCF: scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/Keras, OpenCV, YOLOv5, and embeddings/RAG. I’ve applied supervised and unsupervised learning and reinforced learning fundamentals.

As part of my emphasis on these topics I decided to choose an AI senior design project which utilizes computer vision and ML to calculate the volume of a syringe. Safe-Med up to this day is the most intriguing project I have had the pleasure of working on. It utilizes 3 ML models which function cohesively in an assembled pipeline to calculate the volume of a syringe from an image on AR headsets and mobile apps. Me and my groups finalized application was selected as a semi-finalist for the Senior Design Showcase at UCF college of Engineering and Computer Science. Some of our board members, which included respected medical professionals who are on the UCF nursing board, were extremely pleased with and interested in the proof of concept application we developed.

About Me

I’m a software engineer focused on backend reliability and security. At Oracle Cloud Infrastructure I worked on release workflows, on‑call incident response, and vulnerability remediation (200+ CVEs, ≈70 critical). I like turning operational pain into clean, maintainable code. Outside work I stay active, play guitar, and keep learning.
